Outperform with the new and most reliable baseball and softball training net in the industry - the Bowknot Big Mouth X Portable Sock Training Net. Coaches, parents, and players worldwide prefer this 7' wide x 7' tall training net because of its portability, ease of set up, and outstanding reliability during practice. The powder coated steel frame is engineered with composite BOW-poles giving the Big Mouth its incredible strength and long lasting durability throughout the years. Rubber non-marking feet help to maintain stance and traction indoor and outdoor. High intensity hitting and pitching is no match for this heavy duty trainer. With Bowknot's proprietary E. A. S. technology (Energy Absorption System), players will benefit from a training net that diffuses ball energy throughout the net and poles to extend its lifespan, create a more balanced training net, and add flexibility and stability upon impact. The lightweight net and frame collapse into the manageable carrying bag for easy portability and storage. Contact manufacturer for parts. Play Anywhere, Play Now, Play Bowknot.

Features

INCREASED STABILITY Heavier gauge steel base will stay balanced on any surface and withstand the hardest hits and pitches from the most elite athletes.

FEWER PARTS The NEW one-piece base frame is hassle-free because there are fewer parts to lose. The connector (patent pending) is made of a tough glass filled synthetic polymer that combines the hinge and pole sockets for ease of assembly.

LONGER LIFESPAN Heavier, powder coated steel base frame construction is engineered to outlast any frame on the market. Removed bottom sleeve transfers ball energy to outer bungees to reduce tension on the net and increase the lifespan.

FASTER SET-UP With fewer parts, Bownet's Big Mouth X sets up in as little as 60 seconds allowing more time for practice.

INCLUDES The Big Mouth X includes the new one-piece base frame, 7'x7' Big Mouth X net, Big Mouth X new heavy duty carrying bag. Also included with each purchase is Bownet's outstanding customer service and one-year manufacturer warranty.

This net is simply awesome. Here is what I like so far:* It is very easy to setup and tear down. The first time took me about 2-3 minutes to setup, but now that I know what to so it really only takes about 1-2 minutes tops. Taking down is the same, very easy which is what you want in a mobile net.* The quality and weight of the poles/frame is great, very sturdy and feels strong. The netting I would say is a medium fabric, not the thinnest and not the thickest. Seems durable but time will only tell.* Back to being sturdy, the first day I used it, it was windy. My son and I were hitting balls off the tee and throwing pitches into the net and it never fell down. I did get it to tip once later in our session but compared to the other flimsy nets I have seen, this one pretty much stays put. I eventually put the anchors that come with the net into the ground, that held it down very well. My son was purposely trying to knock it over and it stayed put.* The net is BIG. I like this because my son can hit off the tee and if he hits the ball wrong, the net still catches it. No more running after the ball from an awkward hit. Great for pitching into as well, especially if you miss the target/strike zone you are still hitting the net.* Minimal bounce back from the ball. First of all, the mouth of the net is big so most of the time the ball will go into the back of the net. However, if you miss the mouth the ball will bounce back but very softly. So no worries about hitting the ball off the tee and having it bounce back at you.* I love that this net comes with its own travel bag. The bag is of decent material and seems strong but once again, time will only tell.If I had a con, which I really don't, it would be that the net does not come with instructions. You really do not need them, this net is very easy to setup. I simply looked up on YouTube how to setup the Bownet and there are many videos showing you how. I watched one video and figured it out from there.I highly recommend this net. It feels strong, has a good weight for the base frame and it is super easy to setup and tear down. I love that it is over-sized too so missing the strike zone or hitting the ball awkwardly still hits the net. Though I get it isn't cheap but the cheap ones are cheap for a reason from what I have found out. I look at it as a small investment for my son's future that should hopefully last for many seasons.I will attempt to update my review later on during the season if any of my review points change.
